Work activities: As general manager I think it is important to coach our team in a way that we have a mutual target and achievement. In a small company it is nice to do this in a friendly way as a good atmosphere is important. The best part of my work activities are the contacts with the clients and the cooperation with my team during an event.

Personal: Going out, visit friends, good food and environmental problems and endangered wildlife have an important part of my mind

Education: Academy of applied sciences NHTV, Tourism course.

Experience: KLM – flight duty Senior Purser, Road Air Incentive Travel Service, Incentive Travel Service. In 1998 I started up the company Success Projects. In 2006 I changed the name to Success Events. Initially our core business was outgoing tourism with the emphasis on incentives. Now the company does everything in the field of MICE: Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events. In addition we also do incoming tourism, a branch which is growing in importance for Success Events.

Favourite destination: To be honest the whole world, but I have always been very enthusiastic about European destinations because these are close by and have a lot to offer.

For you: I have a passion for travel and have been almost everywhere in the world. I like to convey the knowledge and experience I have gained with this to the client so I can advise about the different destinations. I am an organizer at heart and don’t leave anything to chance. Besides that I am very flexible, creative and put the wishes and needs of the client first.
